Will UniqueSIM work with my mobile phone?
As long as
you have an unlocked international GSM phone, the UniqueSIM should work
with your existing mobile phone. How do I know if my phone is locked or not?
You will know that your
phone is locked if, when you insert the UniqueSIM and enter your pin,
your screen’s display does not change or you get either of the
following messages on your screen: "Insert SIM" "SIM
not valid""
Do
I need a new cell
phone? If you
currently own an unlocked GSM cell phone than our SIM card will work
with your phone. Cingular or T-Mobile cellular network use a GSM Cell
you should be able to use our service is you have a service with them
however, you also must check to see if your phone is locked to your
network provider. If you’re using Sprint, Nextel, Verizon or MetroPcs,
then likely you cell phone handset is not a GSM-enabled phone. These
companies use what it’s called CDMA technology. You can check with your
provider if your phone is locked or not most companies can unlocked
after a certain period of time using there service.
. What is CDMA?
CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) is a wireless
phone technology. Unfortunately you cannot use your CDMA cell phone
when traveling outside North America. CDMA phone suppliers include
Sprint Nextel, MetroPcs, Verizon Wireless in the U.S. and Bell Mobility
and TELUS Mobility in Canada If you do not belong to either
the Cingular or T-Mobile cellular networks and don't own a GSM enabled
unlocked phone than our SIM card will not work with your phone and you
will need to purchase a new cell phone from us. Please check our SIM card and cell phone
packages.
How Do I Start?
1. Carefully
punch out the cell phone SIM card from its plastic holder and insert
the card into your unlocked GSM mobile phone as instructed in the
phone’s user manual. 2. Turn on your phone. 3. If
your phone prompts you to enter a PIN, enter the four-number PIN-code
(the PIN-code is provided on the back of the UniqueSIM cardholder).
4. Your phone will now have a new number that works in 144
countries! 5. Let your friends, family and business
colleagues know your new international travel number. 6. You
are now ready to start making and receiving calls at a fraction of your
accustomed cost, all over the world!
How Do I Make a Call?
1- Dial '+' or 00 first, followed
by the country code and regional number, then your destination number.
2- Press the 'Call' button on your phone and you will see the
message "Wait for call" displayed on your screen. 3- In a few
seconds you will receive a call. Just answer the phone as you normally
would. 4- You will hear the balance on your account and then
your conversation will start!
How Do I Use My Phone's
Phonebook? You can make
calls directly from your phone’s internal phonebook. In order to use
this feature you must save your contacts in one of the following ways:
00 + country code + city code + phone number
Or '+' + country code + city code + phone
number Can I use the UniqueSIM to send SMS?
Absolutely! Send and
receive SMS just as before, according to your phones user manual. You

How Do I Access the UniqueSIM
Menu? You can call,

How long will it take for my UniqueSIM to be delivered to
me ? Following your
order, your GSM SIM card will be shipped out by the next working day.
