If you don’t have an unlocked GSM phone you will need a UniqueSIM Starter Package preloaded with airtime. How do I pay for my UniqueSIM?

How long does my credit last?
There is no expiration date on the SIM card or any credit you add to it. This means you can top up, ready to go on your business trip or vacation, and use any credit that is left on your next international trip, wherever and whenever that will be.

If you look into purchasing any other SIM card, we advise you to check carefully how long your credit will last.

The manual for your Uniquesim SIM and phone card explains all the dialing information in detail. Callers from North America should dial their international access code followed by your number (e.g. if your number is +3725956099, caller from North America should dial 0113725956099) If you would like. We can also provided you with a local number or toll free number mapped to your UniqueSIM international number.
Calles from elsewhere should dial their international access followed by your number. Please refer to this website www.how2dial.com for more information on how to dial from a different numbers.

Can I keep my cell phone number?

Yes! UniqueSIM gives you a North American number that is mapped to the overseas cell phone number of your UniqueSIM SIM card. We will provide you with a toll free number that will accept calls from anywhere in the US or Canada.
You can then forward your North American cell phone to the UniqueSIM number without incurring international long distance charges from your cell phone company. You can also choose to have people call your UniqueSIM cell phone number, instead of the overseas cell phone number, if you prefer.
You can select the UniqueSIM option when configuring your rate plan. With UniqueSIM you pay just $0.39 per minute for incoming calls, in addition to the regular incoming rate (if any).

How to use UniqueSIM?
Simply forward your North American cell phone number (and/or home and office number) to UniquesSIM access number and your regular incoming calls will automatically ring on your UniqueSIM card.
For instructions on how to forward your North American number(s), please contact your carrier. Please note that your carrier may bill you for calls forwarded depending upon your rate plan.


How about Voice mail?
Voice mail is available. You can turn it on/off from your phone or from our website.
From the phone:
- To turn Voice mail on: Dial 090 <talk> ( or <send>) Free of charge
- To turn Voice mail OFF: Dial 091 <talk> ( or <send>) Free of charge
- To check if you have any Voice mail messages: Dial093 <talk> ( or <send>) Free of charge
- To listen to your Voice mail: Dial 095 <talk> ( or <send>) to access to the voice mail system , You will hear how many message you have then you will be prompted to continue to the main menu of your Voice mail
From the website: you log in to your account and you click Voice mail tab. You have the option to activate or deactivate your Voice mail.
Checking to see if there are any messages on your voicemail is free and can be done easily from your phone. Listening to your voice mail messages is billed at the cost of an outgoing call from the country you are in.
